US - DRC report on mobilisation to the armed forces in Ukraine

Joint country report (COI) by the Danish Immigration Service (DIS/US) and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) on mobilisation in Ukraine. The report covers the legislative framework for mobilisation and its implementation during martial law incl. the rules for exemption and deferral and a description of the mobilisation procedure. Furthermore the report covers issues regarding access to conscientious objection and punishments of draft evaders and deserters. The report also gives a brief overview of the prevalence of corruption in the mobilisation procedure.
