DRC Danish Refugee Council advocates for the rights of asylum seekers and refugees. We work to influence policy on asylum and migration by engaging with politicians and submitting comments and recommendation to legislative proposals. Here you can find a selection of the topics we focus on.
DRC's recommendations are based on knowledge
Danish Refugee Council provides counselling to asylum seekers and refugees in Denmark. We thus know which challenges people face in the asylum system.
We work to improve access to rights for asylum seekers and refugees both in Denmark and EU. Our activities include comments on legislative proposals, policy recommendations, opinion pieces, and statements, often in collaboration with other civil society organisations.
